Tracking
We are provide tracking on all orders so you can follow your package until it arrives at your doorstep. All processed orders will be given a dedicated tracking number in the confirmation email to trace your delivery. Our logistics partners offer the service to find out where the delivery is currently, the estimated day of arrival and changes to delivery.
Returns
La'Dida Boutique offers a simple returns policy for all products purchased online, subject to the rules detailed below.
You have 7 days from when you receive your package to return your order. Our courier will collect the parcel on a day of your choosing (within 7 days of delivery). Kindly ensure the package is in its original condition. Once we have received the parcel, we will process refund (minus a €10.00 administrative fee)
- Returned items must be undamaged, unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all labels, tags and barcodes still attached.
- Sales Receipts must also be attached with all returns.
- Hair accessories, underwear and products purchased on sale cannot be returned.
- Please allow 5-7 working days for us to process a refund. Once a refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
- We cannot take responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
